G.S.90-187.1. Examinations
The Board shall hold at least one
examination during each year and may hold such additional examinations as may
appear necessary. The executive director shall give public notice of the time and
place for each examination at least 90 days in advance of the date set for the
examination. A person desiring to take
an examination shall make application at least 60 days before the date of the
examination. The Board shall determine the passing score for the successful
completion of an examination.
After each examination the executive
director shall notify each examinee of the result of the examination. The Board
shall issue licenses to the persons successfully completing the requirements
for licensure required by this Article and by Board rule.
